The facility is located roughly halfway between Prague and České Budějovice at the confluence of the Vltava and Otava rivers. The facility is located on the outskirts of the village of Zvíkovské Podhradí, but it feels like a hotel in the middle of nature.
The undeniable attraction, apart from the classic accommodation and catering services, is that it has its own brewery.
In the case of larger groups, some participants can be accommodated in nearby "partner" accommodation facilities.
The hotel is surrounded by grassy areas and a forest suitable for a variety of programs or outdoor activities. There is also an outdoor swimming pool.
