About the Event
The challenge begins with a mission: participants step into the role of sustainability consultants tasked with designing and constructing eco-friendly facilities for an imagined “Green City” deep in the Amazon.
Teams receive initial briefings and then rotate through four engaging phases, each designed to test different skills while reinforcing teamwork and creative thinking.
Program Phases
-
Planning: Each team drafts a creative design for an assigned eco-project, such as a bird feeder, nature gallery, or zen relaxation zone.
-
Instruction Development: A second team converts the original design into a step-by-step building guide-clear enough for others to follow without visuals.
-
Construction: Using natural and recycled materials, a new team builds the structure based solely on the instructions-turning ideas into tangible results.
-
Presentation: The final team prepares a fun, engaging pitch to “sell” the project to a fictional city council. This high-energy finale showcases creativity, communication, and collective pride.
- Strengthens cross-team collaboration
- Integrates meaningful CSR and ESG values
- Enables philanthropic team building with real impact
- Supports sustainable and responsible company culture
Unlike typical simulations, the creations made during CSR Artistry Challenge don’t end with the event. Participants decide where their projects will live on-be it in a company garden, public park, kindergarten, or senior center.
This final step transforms the event into a true community contribution, reinforcing your company’s CSR profile and offering excellent PR or partnership opportunities.
All installations are tailored to your team’s needs and location.
Popular builds include:

Nature Gallery: Leaf mosaics, forest totems, eco-sculptures
-
Relaxation Zone: Zen sand gardens, moss mats, natural mandalas
-
Wildlife Shelter: Feeders, baths, and shelters for birds and small animals
-
Team Symbolism: Wish trees, value sculptures, nature-based team emblems
